Article: No more sales, long live the Solidarity End of Line Sale!

No more sales, long live the Solidarity End of Line Sale!

At JULES & JENN, the prices are the same… all year round.

For the record, the sales were initially created to allow businesses to get rid of their unsold items from the season in order to have space to accommodate their new collections.

Although sales are still a way to clear inventory these days, they've mostly become a way to make a profit on volume sales. Indeed, sales today encourage overconsumption due to the dizzying discounts offered by some brands. But since sales are an integral part of these brands' sales strategy, even with discounts of up to 80%, they still generate a profit over the season.

At JULES & JENN, sales and fake promotions are not for us. We prefer Solidarity End of Line Deals: we'll explain everything!

For transparency with our customers and to ensure that our prices reflect the true value of our products, we have chosen not to run promotions.

In fact, for each of our products you can find the different costs of the manufacturing stages as well as our gross margin on their product sheet.

The price we set for each of our items allows us to fairly compensate the work carried out by our various partner workshops, but also to offer you the most affordable product possible.

But what are Solidarity End of Series?

As a fashion brand, even a timeless one, our offering evolves over time, and sometimes there are only a few sizes of a model left, these isolated pairs are harder to sell and tend to wait on our shelves... These are our Last Pieces.

We have therefore found a virtuous and anti-waste solution: Solidarity End of Lines!

They allow you to benefit from a 30% reduction on the price of these Last Pieces and 100% of the profits are donated to our partner association Mode Estime , a professional reintegration workshop through sewing in the Paris region.

Your donation goes directly to funding the integration project, without any intermediary.

Mode Estime implements its actions through 3 specific axes:

  • Supporting individuals in developing their skills to facilitate professional integration
  • The development of an eco-responsible textile industry
  • Provision of clothing for disabled people
