General conditions of the referral program

Article 1 – Organizing Company

The referral program is organized by the company JULES & JENN, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 262,200 euros, whose registered office is located at 1 rue du Conditionnement, 81200 Aussillon (France) and registered with the Castres Trade and Companies Register under number 533 517 660. The company We Love Customers SAS, established at 22 avenue du Connétable, 35410 CHATEAUGIRON and registered with the RCS of RENNES 820 816 494, is involved in the technical part.

Article 2 – Dates and deadlines for the referral program

The referral program will run from June 1, 2023, and will end on the date determined by the organizing company. Only full referrals will be counted. The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules - and in particular the dates of the referral program - without notice.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation

Participation in the JULES & JENN referral program is exclusively reserved for people who have completed the referral program form available on the website www.julesjenn.com .

Article 4 conditions

For a referral to be considered valid, the referee must be a new customer of the sponsoring company. In addition, the referee must make a purchase of at least €70 within 90 days of the referrer's invitation and meet the following conditions: the referee must not be an existing JULES & JENN customer.

Referrals are limited to the referrer's inner circle. This means that referrers can only refer people they know personally, such as friends, family, and colleagues. Sharing the referral code on forums or any other public websites is prohibited.

Article 5 – Offers and rewards

The offer granted to referees is €15, valid for purchases of €70 or more. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. It is valid for any new customer of the organizing company placing their first order through customer referral.

Rewards sent to referrers for any validated referral are based on the following tiers:

From a validated referral, the referrer receives €20 including tax per referral valid from €70 of purchase including tax.

From three validated referrals, the referrer receives €25 including tax per referral valid from €70 of purchase including tax.

The rewards earned by a referrer are personal and cannot be combined with each other or with other commercial offers on the same order. These rewards are valid for 6 months and sent within 1 to 8 weeks depending on the validation and verification of the referees' order and in particular their absence of withdrawal.

The organizing company reserves the right to modify the rewards without notice.

Article 6 – Reservations, fraud and spam

Any fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles 313-1 et seq. of the Criminal Code.

Spamming (sending unsolicited or irrelevant emails or text messages to groups of people) is prohibited for the proper conduct of the program. The organizing company reserves the right to permanently exclude from the referral program any user who is reported to it as not respecting this rule.

Thus, the sponsor is solely responsible for providing the contact details of their godchildren to the organizing company. They agree to only provide the contact details of relatives likely to be interested in the organizing company's products and services for which they have previously obtained the godchild's explicit consent.

Article 7 – Data protection and freedoms

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, participants have the right to access and rectify their personal data by writing to the organizing company.

Article 8 – Applicable law and acceptance of the regulations

These referral program rules will be governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the referral program of the organizing company, the Castres court will have sole jurisdiction.

Participants declare that they understand and fully accept these rules relating to the referral program.
