Discontinued for a cause

At JULES & JENN, as you know, we never have sales or promotions so that we can offer you an affordable price all year round and not encourage overconsumption. Our price is fair and remains the same from January 1st to December 31st.

As our selection changes over time, when only a few sizes of a model remain, these lonely pairs are harder to sell and tend to sit on our shelves... These are our Last Pieces.

Our virtuous and anti-waste solution?
Solidarity End-of-Series Sales!

You benefit from a 30% discount on the price of these Last Pieces and for each pair sold, a donation is made to the association Mode Estime, a professional integration workshop through sewing in the Paris region. You too, commit to rebuilding the professional future of people in difficulty.

Your donation goes directly to funding the job creation project, without any intermediaries. Since 2019, more than €30,000 has already been donated to this association. Help us increase this figure to continue this wonderful mission!

What does the Mode Estime association do?

What a lesson in humanity to meet Marie, Mathilde, and Patricia, experienced professionals each in their own field, who all tackle a difficult task: helping people experiencing social difficulties and those far from employment find their way back. Within the Mode Estime clothing workshop, they support the reintegration of around fifteen employees by giving them (back) the automatisms inherent to employment, by teaching them a trade, and above all, by restoring their confidence.

Founded by Alice Merle, the Mode Estime clothing workshop was approved as a work integration project in 2014. The workshop employs unqualified individuals who are unemployed and/or have disabilities, and trains them in the textile manufacturing industry. People of all ages, some have never worked before. The workshop's commitment is to promote social support combined with learning a trade. Compared to other work integration projects, Mode Estime is unique in that it does not require significant physical effort. It is particularly suited to a predominantly female population, who may suffer from physical disabilities.

How does it work?

Each employee benefits from a two-year integration work contract, but above all, from a personalized support program. The individual monitoring aims to make these two years a springboard for integration and access to a sustainable professional life. This experience at Mode Estime allows each employee to work on their career plan to access a job or training.

After a few months of adjustment to the rules of the job, such as punctuality, respecting instructions, and developing interpersonal relationships with the team, each employee must reflect on their career plan. They build their career path in collaboration with Marie, who helps them validate their choices, confronts them with economic reality, advises them, and offers training. Most employees will not work in the clothing industry, a sector that is currently not very promising in France.

With their experience, they become able to articulate their professional life project and rely on the existing structure to launch themselves into the world of ordinary work as an employee or self-employed.

Why Fashion Esteem?

Like us, the workshop contributes to a more inclusive, fairer, and more responsible fashion. We both believe that the textile industry can one day become exemplary in terms of social and environmental impact. For its part, the workshop practices fabric recycling and repair to combat waste. It produces for many designers who advocate for more responsible fashion.

Like JULES & JENN, which places the expertise of its artisans at the heart of its approach, Mode Estime believes that learning a skill allows you to regain self-esteem. We are convinced that practicing a professional activity allows you to get back on track and regain self-confidence, not only in your work, but in your life in the broader sense.
