From Cholet to Porto, we are proud to contribute to local employment and the preservation of traditional know-how.
We chose our partners because they share our vision of more responsible fashion, sustainable products at a price that remains affordable. We personally know the owners or workshop managers of all these entities, as well as most of the artisans working on our products. You can discover them through the many photos of our workshops .
Regardless of their size, all our workshops comply with European social laws and environmental standards . On a human scale, these entities employ from 3 to around thirty craftsmen, which ensures a truly quality working atmosphere.
We only work with workshops that have mastered traditional craftsmanship in their field. We aim to support this local expertise and help maintain employment in these regions, which are certainly magnificent under the southern European sun, but often undermined by competition from outside Europe.
By manufacturing our products close to our consumers, we reduce the impact of transporting our products on the environment.
Our suppliers and partner workshops must sign our ethical charter , which, beyond the necessary respect for the law, demonstrates exemplary personal and professional behavior in the interest of all.
This charter covers the essential ethical points in terms of equality and the fight against discrimination, safety, compliance with labor laws, animal welfare and compliance with environmental regulations.
