Make Friday Green Again

As you probably know, Black Friday is fast approaching...
Black Friday, which first appeared in the United States in the 1960s, is celebrated every fourth Friday in November, directly following Thanksgiving Day. During this day (or even for a week or more), many companies sell off a large portion of their products.
The result? A day of huge discounts, a sea of people, a commercial battle between retailers, and an environmental disaster...

But this year again, no Black Friday for JULES & JENN!
Already supporters (and always have been) of not running promotions throughout the seasons, we are for the second consecutive year a member of the “Make Friday Green Again” collective launched by the Faguo company.
Why did we join the collective?
We have decided to partner with many other essential slow fashion brands:
- Because following our motto "Consume less, Consume better" we have been committed since our beginnings to a responsible consumption approach by offering models with a timeless style and quality, designed to last over time.
- Because by banning sales and promotions, we fight overconsumption and waste all year round.
- Because by knowing exactly how, by whom and under what conditions our products are made, we produce fashion as locally as possible that respects its artisans and our environment.

So on December 4th, as all year round, our prices will remain the same. However, we have a much more humane solution to sell off our last pieces: Solidarity Sales . When a "last piece" is purchased, 30% of the amount is donated to the Mode Estime association, a social reintegration project through textile manufacturing.
The alternative to Black Friday is finally here!
