At JULES & JENN, as an ethical brand, we firmly believe that fashion can be a vehicle for positive change, not only by adopting sustainable practices to protect the environment, but also by supporting social causes that are close to our hearts. That's why we live out our commitment by collaborating with several charities over the long term.
Esteem Mode
Because our prices are fair all year round, we never have sales.
Our virtuous alternative for clearing out end-of-line items? Solidarity End-of-Line Items . By purchasing one of the “Last Pieces” of a model, you benefit from a 30% discount on their original price to benefit our partner association Mode Estime, a sewing integration workshop that employs people who are far from employment and trains them in the textile manufacturing trades.
Oxfam
In a dual approach to combating waste and promoting greater social justice, since 2019 we have systematically donated to the charity Oxfam France products that cannot be (re)sold on our site: prototypes or models with a micro-defect. These completely wearable pairs are donated to the Oxfam Dressing in Paris, a charity shop that sells second-hand items at very attractive prices. More than 1,000 pairs of shoes have already been donated to the Dressing, for a value of +€100,000.
The Restos du Coeur
With the same aim of fighting against precariousness in France, we have chosen the Vestiaire des Restaurants du cœur de l'Hérault for two exceptional donations of a total of 328 pairs of women's and men's shoes, for a value of +€40,000.
Indeed, the Restos du Cœur do not only focus their action on meal donations, but they also distribute non-food products such as hygiene products, school supplies, clothing and... shoes!
The Solidarity Tie
We are proud to also be able to fight against discrimination in hiring by supporting La Cravate Solidaire since 2024. We have been able to contribute concretely to their actions of supporting people in the field in (re)integration, through a financial contribution and then an in-kind donation of more than 250 pairs of shoes which have been redistributed throughout France. We are delighted to be able to help them fill their Solidarity Dressings with a product in short supply: shoes, especially for men.
At the same time, we occasionally support awareness-raising projects for causes that are dear to us, such as women's entrepreneurship with Empow'Her or support for patients and their caregivers with Tout le Monde contre le Cancer. These are examples that demonstrate that the textile industry can and must continue to be more exemplary in terms of social and environmental impact.
