Article 1 – Conditions of participation

The Game takes place from November 17 to 23, 2025 inclusive (Paris time).

The Game is open to any individual of legal age, residing in metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, and having a valid email address.

The following cannot participate: employees of JULES & JENN, their partners, service providers and members of their immediate family.

Participation is limited to one per person.

Article 2 – Participation Procedures

To participate, simply:

1. Complete the participation form available on the JULES & JENN website during the duration of the Game.
   
2. Add your favorite pieces to your wishlist by clicking on the ❤️.
   
3. Share your wishlist with your loved ones.

Once these steps are completed, your entry is automatically registered for the prize draw.

Article 3 – Designation of the winner

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries on November 27, 2025.

The winner will be contacted by email within 5 days of the draw.
If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

Article 4 – Lot

The winner will receive a €300 gift card (including VAT) valid on the website www.julesjenn.com for 12 months from its date of issue.

The voucher is nominative, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

Article 5 – Responsibility

JULES & JENN cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• technical or internet connection problem
  
• incomplete or non-compliant participation,
  
• loss or delay of an email message.
  

In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, JULES & JENN reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Game.

Article 6 – Personal Data

The data collected in connection with the Game (name, surname, email, wishlist) are necessary for the management of the Game and the awarding of the prize.

They are processed in accordance with the JULES & JENN Privacy Policy, available on the website www.julesjenn.com .

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to: contact@julesjenn.com .

By participating, you agree to receive marketing communications from JULES & JENN. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails.

Article 7 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
