Free delivery to a collection point or to your home within 2 working days

For any order over €25 including tax, delivery to a Pickup collection point is free within 2 to 3 working days.

You can choose from one of the 16,000 Pickup collection points offered by our partner Chronopost in mainland France and Monaco.

You select your preferred collection point when placing your order. You will then be notified when your order is ready for collection at your chosen point, and you have 8 days to collect it at your convenience.

For orders under €25 including tax, a contribution towards preparation and delivery costs of €5 including tax will be requested.

For any order over €150 including tax, standard DPD Predict home delivery within 2 to 3 working days is offered in mainland France and Monaco.

For orders under €150 including tax, a contribution towards preparation and delivery costs of €7 including tax is required.

On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive a text and email indicating the delivery time slot. In case of absence, don't worry, the Predict service allows you to be independent with your deliveries thanks to a wide choice of rescheduling options: delivery to a safe place at home, delivery to a DPD agency, delivery to a neighbor, delivery to another address or on another date.

By choosing Chronopost and DPD Predict as its home delivery partners, JULES & JENN ensures carbon-neutral delivery.

*For any order where the delivery address is considered a "difficult access area" by the carrier, a contribution to the delivery costs of €6 including tax will be requested.

You can choose express delivery by Chronopost in mainland France within 1 working day for a fee of €10 including tax per order (€35 including tax for Corsica). Delivery will be made the next day before 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays, provided you have finalized your purchase before noon. A security code, previously sent to you by email or SMS by Chronopost, will be required. In case of absence, your package will be left at the nearest Pickup point to your home.

For any order where the delivery address is considered a "difficult access area" by the carrier, a contribution towards the delivery costs of €6 including tax will be requested.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received and wish to return them for an exchange or refund, JULES & JENN offers free returns to Pickup Chronopost relay points in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

For other destinations or if you require a different return method, a flat-rate contribution towards the shipping costs may be requested. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the amount.

To exchange or return your order, you can log in to your customer account or use our return and exchange form .

You can choose to exchange your item, request a gift certificate, or get a refund.

You will be able to download your return label and identify the nearest drop-off point to your home. You will also receive an email with a link to download your return label.

Please note, products must not be worn and must be returned in their original packaging with the return authorization document. If this is not the case, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt and verification of your returned package by our warehouse, we will proceed with shipping your exchange or refunding the returned item(s) within 2 business days.

You can return the product using the return procedure described above, and after checking that the product is in good condition, we will send you the new product you want free of charge.

Free exchanges and returns are only offered once per order and only for deliveries to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Beyond that and for other countries, JULES & JENN will inform you of the amount to be paid based on the return and reshipping terms. For example, and for mainland France, a contribution of €10 including tax will be requested for the exchange or return of a product that has already been exchanged.
