One of JULES & JENN's missions is to make the quality of French and European manufacturing accessible, and since our beginnings in 2016, we have decided to sell our items exclusively online on our website www.julesjenn.com.
However and because many of you have asked to see the products "in real life" to touch the materials, compare the colors, and try out the shapes, we have forged a partnership with the most prestigious department stores: Le Printemps and Galeries Lafayette.
We are also available at Altermundi, one of the pioneers of the sustainable products market in France, which shares our values of ethics and sustainability. A selection of our products is available there for you to discover them in the store, with a clear conscience.
On each product page, we offer a size guide. It's based on your measurements as well as our practical advice. At JULES & JENN, we try on each product to give you real advice and help you choose the right size.
Pre-ordering is a system that allows you to place an order for an item that is not yet available because it has not even been made yet. This allows the customer to reserve the product they want before it is even available for sale, and the craftsman to only make what will be bought...
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order tracking number and instructions on how to track your order on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact us via the form on our website or by writing to us at bonjour@julesjenn.com .
The products you received are not suitable for you and you would like to return them? Even though it saddens us, returns are free at JULES & JENN if made at one of the 30,000 Pickup points of our partner Chronopost in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
To do so, you must contact us before sending your package via our contact form , by email (bonjour@julesjenn.com) or by phone (+33 9 78 46 76 68) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will provide you by email with a return label to insert in your package and a shipping label to stick on your package. These documents are essential for processing your request.
If you wish to return your package to us via Colissimo, please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the return rates.
Once your package has been received by our warehouse and after verification that the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund of your returned item(s).
Please note, products must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging. If this is not the case, we will not be able to process the refund.
Please note that for a second return and/or exchange, a contribution towards the return and shipping costs of €10 including tax will be requested. The €10 can be paid directly via PayPal, credit card, or will be deducted from your refund.
Return to a Pickup Chronopost collection point is offered at JULES & JENN in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
For other destinations or if you require a different return method, a fixed amount may be requested to cover the shipping costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the amount.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, the exchange is free at JULES & JENN if it is made at one of the 30,000 Pickup collection points of our partner Chronopost in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

Please note that products must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging with the return authorization document. If this is not the case, we cannot process a refund.

When the product you want is temporarily out of stock, JULES & JENN offers you the option to join a waiting list. This option is offered directly on the product page.
As soon as the product is back in stock, you will receive an email to notify you of its availability.
If the item you want is not available for pre-order and a waiting list is not offered, it is likely that it will not be restocked this season. If you require further information on the availability of our products, please contact our Customer Service via our contact form, by email at bonjour@julesjenn.com or by phone at 09.77.55.75.48 from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
Yes, the JULES & JENN gift card is the ideal gift for those you want to spoil! To give a JULES & JENN gift card, it couldn't be simpler:
- Choose the amount of your gift between €50 and €500.
- Want to send it directly to the recipient? Check the option "I want to send this gift card by email", fill in their information as well as a personalized message, and choose the sending date.
- Simply add the card to your cart, confirm your order, and you're done!
- On the D-day, the recipient will receive their JULES & JENN gift card by email, along with a unique code to enter in the "discount code or gift card" field under the shopping cart details on the order confirmation page.
- The gift card is valid for one year.
The referral program allows JULES & JENN customers to introduce the brand to their friends and family. The referrer earns a voucher worth up to €25, and the referee benefits from a €15 discount on their first order.

The referees receive a personal code, valid for 90 days, allowing them to get a €15 discount on their first order of a minimum amount of €70.
7 days after the referee places their first order, the referrer receives their reward. Rewards sent to referrer for all validated referrals are based on the following tiers:
- For each successful referral, the referrer receives €20 per referral, valid for 6 months, with a minimum purchase of €70.
- From three validated sponsorships, the referrer receives €25 per sponsorship, valid for 6 months from a purchase of €70 or more.
There is no limit to the number of referrals, but the vouchers cannot be combined on the same order.

Don't hesitate to give your JULES & JENN shoes a new lease on life so they can accompany you for even longer. To do this, consider the Repair Bonus, an aid granted to citizens since November 2023 as part of the AGEC law to have their clothes and shoes repaired.
You can benefit from discounts ranging from €6 to €25 per repair, provided you go to a certified craftsman in mainland France.
To find a certified repair shop with the Repair Bonus label near you, visit the Refashion website in the "I repair" tab and use the map of France.
If you have worn-out and damaged pairs of shoes that you no longer wish to wear, we recommend giving them a second life! By dropping them off at a collection point, you are guaranteed that they will be reused, repaired or recycled. The eco-organization Refashion has nearly 47,000 collection points throughout France, so there is bound to be one nearby! Go to this page to find the nearest collection point to your home.
Passed in France in February 2020, the AGEC law (Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy) aims to impose a legal framework to put the circular economy back at the heart of our production and consumption methods.
Its main objectives? To eradicate disposable plastic by 2040, better inform consumers about recycling rules, drastically reduce waste, encourage consumers to repair and businesses to produce better.
Introduced in France in 1975, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a principle stating that the manufacturer, distributor, or importer of a product must take responsibility for its end-of-life. Within each EPR sector, manufacturers form what are called "eco-organisations" approved by the State, committing to meeting specifications with collection and recycling targets. Each year, member companies, such as JULES & JENN, pay an eco-contribution to their eco-organisation, which finances all the sector's obligations for the prevention, collection, sorting, and recycling of waste. The eco-organisation for our textile sector is called Refashion .
The "Origine France Garantie " (OFG) label was created to certify products that are genuinely made in France. This means that the essential stages of the product's manufacturing are carried out in France.
This label guarantees the true origin of the product to consumers, and is also proof of respect for French workers in the workshops and factories where the products are made. The audits to obtain the label take place within the manufacturing workshops.
We offer deliveries in France, but also to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland.
To place an order, simply select your desired country when filling out the "BILLING DETAILS" section, then choose your preferred shipping method.
The leathers we use come from waste from the food industry and not from farms dedicated to making accessories. Such farms only exist for exotic leathers (crocodile, python, etc.), leathers that we never use in our creations. We only work with local tanneries: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese, subject to REACH standards, and all the cows are raised in Europe.
