Article: No more sales, long live the Solidarity End of Line Sale!

No more sales, long live the Solidarity End of Line Sale!

At JULES & JENN, the prices are the same… all year round.

For the record, sales were initially created to allow businesses to get rid of their unsold stock from the season in order to have space to accommodate their new collections.

Although sales still help clear stock, they have primarily become a way to profit from high-volume sales. Indeed, today's sales encourage overconsumption due to the dazzling discounts offered by some retailers. But since sales are an integral part of these brands' business strategy, even with discounts of up to 80%, they still manage to generate a profit margin for the season.

At JULES & JENN, sales and fake promotions are definitely not for us. We prefer Solidarity End-of-Line Sales : let us explain!

For the sake of transparency towards our customers and to ensure that our prices reflect the true value of our products, we have chosen not to run promotions.

Indeed, for each of our products, you can find the different costs of the manufacturing stages as well as our gross margin on their product sheet.

The price we set for each of our items allows us to fairly compensate the work done by our various partner workshops, but also to offer you the most affordable product possible.

But what exactly are the "Solidarity End-of-Series" schemes?

As a fashion brand, even a timeless one, our offering evolves over time, and sometimes only a few sizes of a model remain; these lonely pairs are harder to sell and tend to sit on our shelves… These are our Last Pieces.

So we found a virtuous and anti-waste solution: Solidarity End-of-Series Sales!

They allow you to benefit from a 30% discount on the price of these Last Pieces in favor of our partner association Mode Estime , a professional integration workshop through sewing in the Paris region.

Your donation goes directly to funding the integration project, without any intermediaries.

Mode Estime implements its actions through 3 specific axes:

  • Supporting individuals in developing their skills to facilitate professional integration
  • The development of an eco-responsible textile industry
  • Providing clothing for disabled people
