Get yourself a JULES & JENN second-hand item that meets our criteria of excellence. These models are either pairs from our customers in excellent condition, or pairs of shoes and bags used in photo shoots or with a minor defect.
And all this with a guarantee of quality: each accessory is meticulously selected, inspected, cleaned and photographed before being put back on sale.
SELLING: USER MANUAL
By reselling JULES & JENN items and/or those from other partner clothing brands, you free up space in your closet while contributing to more circular fashion.
In return, you receive a gift card to use on our website: a virtuous cycle where trendiness and durability go hand in hand!
* JULES & JENN shoes must be in new condition, with or without tags, and bags may be used, but must be in very good condition.
Our second-hand partner Paradigme only accepts JULES & JENN women's shoes and bags:
- Shoes: new with or without tags
- Handbags: very good condition, even if worn.
The trade-in value is estimated based on the item sold and its condition.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to buy or sell products from the men's collection on our partner Paradigme's platform.
1- After accepting the buyback conditions, fill in the information regarding the items you wish to return (condition, size...) on the dedicated form.
2- Immediately after filling out the form, receive an estimate of the buyback amount for your item(s) from Paradigme.
3- Once the offer is accepted, Paradigme will send you a prepaid shipping label by email to simply drop off your package at La Poste.
4- Once your item has been received and checked by our partner Paradigme, you will receive a gift card valid for 1 year on our website julesjenn.com.
If the item does not conform to the information initially provided, a new estimate will then be offered by Paradigme.
5- The returned item will then be put back on sale and available in Paradigme's "BUY" section so that it can find a second life.
Once your item has been received and checked by our partner Paradigme, they will send you a gift card by email, valid for one year on our website julesjenn.com.
To use it, simply enter the gift card code when paying for your order.
The legal withdrawal period of 14 days following the date of receipt of your order applies.
You simply need to contact Paradigme to arrange the return of your item.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Paradigme will process the refund of your purchase after deducting a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs of €5.90.
If the item received and inspected by Paradigme does not match what was expected, a new estimate will be proposed to you by Paradigme.
