Secure payment

At JULES & JENN, you can pay for your purchases with total peace of mind. All payments are protected and secure.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to Payplug, a French secure payment platform (SSL protocol) and member of the BPCE group (Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne), one of the world leaders in secure online payment.

You must provide your credit card number, its expiration date, and the 3-digit CSV code on the back. Data is encrypted (SSL) before transmission; it never passes through JULES & JENN's systems.

If you choose to save your credit card details for a future purchase, JULES & JENN does not store any banking information! Payplug takes care of everything.

We accept payments by Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard.

If you choose to pay with your PayPal account, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will enter your username and password. Under no circumstances will JULES & JENN have access to your payment information, which is managed by PayPal.

How to pay for my order?

Step 1: Choosing your payment method

When placing your order, you have several options for choosing your payment method:

  • Payment by credit card via Payplug (Banque Populaire)
  • Payment in 3 or 4 installments with our partner Alma
  • Payment via Paypal
  • Integrated credit card payment
  • Payment by JULES & JENN gift card or voucher

Step 2: Follow the instructions corresponding to the chosen payment method

If your order appears as a “payment error” on our site:

This means that the order was not registered and you were not charged . This is due to a problem with the payment method you used to pay for your order and may be caused by several factors:

The card numbers were entered incorrectly.

The card's validity has expired.

A payment limit has been reached on your account.

The code received from your bank has expired.

Your bank is refusing or suspects a fraudulent payment.


Unfortunately, we can only suggest you try a different payment method, a different credit card, or contact your bank to see what's blocking the transaction. If, despite this, you are still unable to pay for your order, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at bonjour@julesjenn.com. Our team will be happy to help you.
