This Portuguese workshop, founded in 2009, was born from the passion and initiative of a young couple determined to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure by creating a sock workshop. Over the years, this workshop has experienced remarkable growth by investing each year in new machinery, gradually increasing its production capacity. Since 2016, the workshop has taken another step forward by integrating automatic closing machines, thus optimizing its efficiency and meeting the growing demand for quality products.

The workshop has established quality as a true signature with socks crafted entirely from 100% conventional OEKO-TEX-certified cotton yarn. Made entirely in Portugal, these socks embody a unique vision of style and trend: they are worn like true fashion accessories, reflecting your unique personality. By remaining true to its roots, our partner workshop has maintained its level of quality while constantly innovating its production techniques. Aware of current environmental and social challenges, the workshop strives to provide fair and respectful working conditions for its employees. Reducing its ecological footprint is also a priority.
The making of the sock
Sock manufacturing relies on a meticulous and well-orchestrated technique. It all begins with the programmer, who designs the digital designs to be knitted by the machine. Once the pattern is created, the machine goes to work and knits the socks precisely following the programmed instructions. After this step, the socks undergo steam ironing, carried out by employees. This tightens the stitches and gives the socks their final shape. Next, each pair is meticulously inspected to verify size, detect any defects, and ensure overall product quality. Once this inspection is complete, the socks are carefully folded. They are then ready for labeling, when each pair receives its own jumper. Finally, the socks are placed in individual bags before being placed in shipping cartons. Thanks to this rigorous process, and recycling at every stage of production, we guarantee socks that combine style, quality, and responsibility.
